The Opportunity We are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing business in our Unanderra office. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will work closely with our GM – Sales, as well as our team of Project Consultants to maintain a consistent and effective flow of opportunities with the highest potential of conversion. On a day-to-day basis you will manage campaign activity, pipeline and opportunity inputs and prospect data alongside a Researcher and Campaign Assistant. You will be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring our systems run smoothly, our customer data remains clean, and our sales team faces zero bottlenecks. Skills & Experiences You’ll be someone with:
- Experience coordinating campaigns or marketing activities and supporting sales and/or pipeline generation activities
- Demonstrated experience in HubSpot CRM is essential




- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
- Clear and effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- A keen eye for data accuracy, reporting and making things happen About you You will bring:
