Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shifts | Aged Care We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) who are willing and confident to work both In-Charge (INC) and Non-In-Charge night shifts across multiple aged care facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs seeking flexible shifts and additional work.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to aged care residents.
- Administer medications, perform clinical assessments and manage wound care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans.
- Respond to clinical emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Supervise and support care staff during In-Charge shifts.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and facility policies. Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 6 months of nursing experience, preferably in aged care.
- Must be willing and competent to undertake both In-Charge and Non-In-Charge night shifts.
- Robust clinical assessment, communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage clinical responsibilities overnight.
- Reliable transport and willingness to travel between facilities.
