You’re a qualified carpenter, ideally 1 to 5 years post-qualification, with experience across new builds, renovations and extensions, and you’re keen to keep learning. 2. You’re driven and proactive. You turn up ready to make things happen, you don’t need micromanaging, and you’re not satisfied until the job’s done to a standard you’re proud of. 3. When you make a mistake, you own it, fix it and learn from it. 4. You know you’re ready for more. You’ve got strong operational skills, you naturally take the lead on site,



and you want a real pathway into site management. 5. You put the team’s success ahead of your own, and you want to work with a solid crew who get things done without the politics.
