Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Burwood We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Burwood. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Pay structure Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- What the role involves
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Availability Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.



What we provide There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support. Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
