First Aid Teacher NECA Education & Careers provides training to the Electrical industry as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in our purpose-built facilities. This includes pre-apprenticeship, apprenticeships and industry short courses and qualifications. As the Electrical Industry’s sole joint GTO and RTO, and the largest single employer and trainer of electrical apprentices in Victoria, NECA Education & Careers occupies a distinct space where employment and training converge. In a energetic and evolving environment, we look to improve and expand with industry and its ever-growing technologies, which now includes remote delivery as required, increasing our online footprint. This starts with education. First Aid is an element of Safety that everyone can be a part of, so we are looking for a First Aid Teacher to join our growing team. Position Selection Criteria
- Prior experience in delivering the specified first aid accredited unit/s or course/s to a variety of industries.




- Demonstrated current industry experience in the provision of First Aid
- High level of verbal and written communication and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
- Demonstrated understanding of ASQA compliance requirements
- Professional presentation skills
- High level attention to detail
- Strong organisational, administration and time management skills Qualifications/Licenses
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE4110 with certain units) or higher
- HLTAID014 Provide advanced first aid (current) of higher qualifications
- Occupational First Aid Skill Set (desirable)
- Qualifications/experience in Health or related industry
- A Working with Children check is a mandatory requirement for this role Other
- Adept at using Microsoft suite of programs
