The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for two separate roles within our team. Personal Injury Lawyer We're looking for a Personal Injury Lawyer to join our Toowoomba team and play an important role in the continued growth of our personal injuries practice. You’ll inherit a range of files at different stages of the claim process and work closely with colleagues within the personal injuries team including support staff. Most importantly, you'll join a team that values clear communication, collaboration,



accountability and doing the right thing by clients. What will you be doing? You'll manage a diverse range of plaintiff personal injury matters including:
- Motor vehicle accident claims
- WorkCover claims
- Public liability claims
- TPD superannuation claims
- Medical negligence matters Subject to your experience, you'll have responsibility for your own files while working closely within the personal injuries team to ensure matters continue to progress efficiently and clients receive the level of service they deserve. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their files, building robust client relationships and helping people through what is often one of the most difficult periods of their lives. Family Lawyer We're also seeking a Family Lawyer to join our established family law team. You will work across a broad range of family law matters including:
- Parenting disputes
- Property settlements
- Divorce applications
- Domestic and family violence matters
- Child protection matters Subject to your experience, you'll manage your own files while working closely with the Directors who are committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for clients and supporting the ongoing development of their team. This role provides the opportunity to work on complex and rewarding matters while building strong client relationships and making a meaningful difference during challenging times in people's lives. - Have demonstrated post-admission experience in either family law or personal injury law
- Are confident managing matters with a high degree of autonomy
- Build strong and trusted client relationships
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues and stakeholders
- Are organised, proactive and take ownership of their work
- Demonstrate strong professional judgement and attention to detail
- Follow through on commitments and keep matters progressing
