Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
- Managing parenting and property matters from initial consultation through to resolution.
- Providing clear, strategic and commercially sensible legal advice.
- Drafting legal correspondence, court documents, consent orders and financial agreements.
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings.
- Working collaboratively with our Principal, senior lawyers and support team.
- Building trusted client relationships through excellent communication and client care.

mentoring developing solicitors and contributing to the ongoing growth of the firm. ## Who we're looking for We're interested in hearing from lawyers who genuinely enjoy family law and take pride in the work they do. You'll ideally bring:
- Admission as an Australian legal practitioner and eligibility to practise in Queensland.
- Experience or a demonstrated commitment to practising family law.
