Dental Receptionist – Experienced | Smith Street Dental, Penrith NSW Smith Street Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team. This role will start as 3 days per week, with the possibility of becoming a full-time position for the right person. We are looking for someone who is confident, reliable, friendly, and highly organised. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a dental practice and be familiar with D4W / Dental4Windows.

About the role
You will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, answering phone calls, handling patient enquiries, processing payments, and supporting the smooth daily running of the practice. The ideal candidate will have:



Previous experience as a dental receptionistExperience using D4W / Dental4WindowsExcellent communication and customer service skillsA professional and warm manner with patientsStrong organisation and multitasking skillsReliability and attention to detailA positive attitude and willingness to be part of a teamCommitment to a long-term position We are looking for someone who is genuinely committed, responsible, and interested in growing with the practice. Position: casual 3 days to start, with potential for 4-5 days per week
