We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our team in the insurance industry This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves customer service, enjoys a varied role, and wants to be part of a welcoming team where no two days are quite the same. What will your day look like? You’ll be the friendly face and voice of our business, helping keep everything running smoothly. Your duties will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries
- Completing Green Slips (CTP insurance)
- Greeting customers and assisting them with their enquiries in the office
- Preparing motor vehicle insurance quotes
- Handling mail runs and general office correspondence
- Providing day-to-day administration support
- Keeping things organised and helping the team wherever needed What we’re looking for We’re after someone who brings a positive attitude, a great personality and a genuine passion for helping people. You’ll ideally have:
- Previous customer service experience – this is essential




- Positive computer skills and confidence learning new systems
- Excellent communication and a friendly telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and work well in a team
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn Experience in the insurance industry would be a bonus, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important The important details
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
