Looking for a part-time Accounts role with flexible, school-friendly hours and the opportunity to work additional hours when needed? Miami Bakehouse Group is looking for an experienced, organised and reliable Accounts Officer to join our established Finance Team in Greenfields, Mandurah. Working a minimum of 3 days, you'll support key finance functions across the business, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations and month-end activities. You'll work closely with a supportive finance team, with established systems and procedures in place. We're looking for someone who is confident in their accounting skills, enjoys working collaboratively and is happy to lend a hand wherever needed. Flexibility to work additional hours or days when workloads increase will be highly regarded. ## Versatile

Key Responsibilities
Working alongside our Finance Team, your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Processing supplier invoices, payments, customer accounts and related queries.
- Payroll Processing: Supporting and undertaking end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Reconciliations: Completing bank, credit card and sales reconciliations.
- Purchase Orders & Invoicing: Managing purchase orders,



invoice processing and general financial records.
- Month-End Support: Assisting with month-end processes, reporting and account reconciliations.
- General Finance Support: Working collaboratively with colleagues to manage workloads, meet deadlines and keep daily finance operations running smoothly. ## About You We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Officer or similar accounting role, with strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable skills.
- Australian payroll experience, including an understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.
- Intermediate proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with bank reconciliations, invoicing and general accounting procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
- Good time management and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- A reliable, proactive and team-focused attitude.
- Australian working rights.
