Caddy Storage is seeking a motivated, reliable Workshop Assistant / General Hand to join our team in North Lakes, QLD. This is a Full-time position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is keen to learn in a workshop setting. No extensive experience is required – full training will be provided. What you'll be doing
- Assisting tradespeople and technicians with daily workshop tasks
- Basic assembly, labouring, tasks as required
- Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of parts and materials
- General workshop duties, including cleaning, organising, and stock handling What we're looking for
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Reliable, punctual, and physically capable
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous workshop or trade exposure is an advantage, but not essential ##
