About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious lawyer with 5+ PAE experience in Civil & Commercial Litigation to join our friendly and high-performing team. Our dedicated and highly experienced senior legal secretaries will ensure that you can focus on high-value tasks. This is a part-time position and you will be required to work at least 3 days a week. What You will be doing You will be involved in a diverse range of litigation matters providing sound and practical advice to our clients. You will be managing matters in superior courts and tribunals concerning:
- estate disputes and building and construction disputes
- shareholders disputes
- real property matters
- employment law
- criminal law
