About the Role

- As a dual DA/Receptionist, you'll support chairside and also greet our patients on front desk!

- Assist chairside with orthodontic treatments, providing excellent patient care

- Respond to patient enquiries, answer phones, and proactively assist with admin tasks

- Utilise Word, Excel, and TOPS for patient management tasks.

- Work closely with the wider orthodontic team to ensure exceptional patient care





- Complete mathematics tasks when required

About You

- 1-2 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant, confident assisting in clinic

- You are upbeat, energetic and bring a can-do attitude to the team

- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

- Fantastic communicator, you enjoy engaging with customers and building rapport

- Keen to learn new skills and gain reception experience
