As a Process Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing our ERP processes, ensuring that our workflows are efficient, effective, and fully aligned with business goals. This is a unique opportunity to bring your finance process mapping and analysis skills to a major global ERP transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to ensure alignment with ERP (D365 F&O;) implementation goals.
- Map current-state and future-state finance processes (e.g. procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report) across multiple regions and entities.
- Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify areas of improvement, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall process performance.
- Collaborate closely with finance and cross-functional teams to understand existing workflows and implement process changes.
- Identify gaps between current finance processes and D365 F&O; functionality, and work with functional consultants to resolve them.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to support data accuracy, efficiency,



and ERP functionality.
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training guides to support change management and user adoption.

Key Requirements:

- Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification (or equivalent process improvement qualification).
- Proven experience in ERP implementation projects, with expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O;).
- Demonstrated experience mapping and documenting finance processes (e.g. AP, AR, GL, month-end close, intercompany) in an ERP context.
- Solid analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to map, analyze, and improve business processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Amenable to working on a hybrid basis in Sydney CBD.
- Experience on multi-country or global rollouts is highly regarded.
