We’re looking for curious, hands-on Food Technologists to join our team, with opportunities across either our Everest Ice Cream site in Reservoir or with Not a Trace - our specialist gluten-free bakery business in Mordialloc.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their food technology career to develop their skills and gain practical experience across product development, factory trials, quality and food safety.

What you’ll be doing

- Product development: Support recent products, reformulations and launches from concept through to production.
- Testing and trials: Assist with product testing, sensory evaluations and shelf-life assessments.
- Manufacturing support: Work with Production and Quality teams on factory trials, troubleshooting and process improvements.
- Quality and compliance: Maintain product specifications, labelling and allergen documentation.




- Continuous improvement: Help improve product quality, reduce waste and optimise manufacturing processes.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, suppliers and customers to support product development and existing ranges.

What we’re looking for

- A degree or qualification in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field.
- Some relevant experience through employment, internships or industry placements; graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A practical, hands-on approach and genuine interest in food product development and manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and good communication.
- A willingness to learn, take initiative and work collaboratively.

Experience in dairy, ice cream, bakery, gluten-free products or food manufacturing is advantageous, but not essential.
