About The Role

M3DICINE is seeking a Front End Developer to help build and maintain its web data platform. In this role, you will create interfaces that enable healthcare professionals to capture and record vital signs, manage patient and sample information, and review or listen to data. Your work will help make clinical information accessible and useful, supporting faster, better-informed decisions.

You will contribute specialist website and application design skills, balancing functional requirements with an intuitive and consistent user experience. Working with leadership and UI/UX colleagues, you will develop features in line with the product roadmap and contribute to the platform’s ongoing stability, quality, and improvement.

Qualifications

Applicants should have front-end development experience with a technology stack comparable to ReactJS, Context API, Firebase, Jest, and Enzyme.



Demonstrated experience using these technologies is required. Familiarity with querying back-end Firebase data and contributing to full-stack software development will be valuable.

Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as medical devices or aviation, is an advantage. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to produce thorough written documentation. You should be able to learn quickly, develop familiarity with medical terminology, and adapt to quality and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working through a six-week development lifecycle, exercising care when implementing features, and balancing attention to detail with an understanding of the broader product context. A collaborative approach, curiosity about evolving technologies, and a commitment to consistency across the software are important.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end web applications using ReactJS and Context API. Build and improve aggregated dashboards that organize mobile data, including patient management and sample management views, so users can review information and make timely judgments. Maintain the site through regular updates, troubleshooting, and bug fixes,



and optimize the application to support stability and dependable performance.

Work with company leadership to understand requested features and deliver work aligned with the product roadmap. Partner with UI/UX colleagues to promote consistent design practices and a high-quality user experience. Follow M3DICINE’s Standard Operating Procedures and take part in detailed testing in accordance with the six-week cycle guidelines.

Create and maintain test documentation that supports quality and regulatory requirements. Contribute to verification reporting, aiming for 90% code coverage and confirming alignment between inputs and outputs. Collaborate actively with the team, communicate progress and issues clearly, and apply appropriate caution throughout development and implementation.
