Reporting to the MD/CEO and as a key member of the Executive team, the General Manager People, Culture and Safety will lead the organisation’s people and safety strategy across workforce capability, culture, industrial relations, leadership development, organisational change and workplace health and safety. You will partner closely with leaders across the business to drive a high culture of excellence while ensuring strong governance, compliance and commercially sound people practices.



This is a broad and influential role where you will lead strategic initiatives across talent acquisition and succession planning, organisational development, wellbeing and psychosocial safety whilst supporting organisational growth and transformation.

You are a contemporary, very hands-on executive leader with strong experience across people, culture and safety within a complex operational environment. You bring a balanced and pragmatic approach, with the ability to influence at all levels and build trusted relationships across the organisation. Known for your integrity, strategic thinking and people-centred leadership style, you are confident leading change, navigating industrial and employee relations and building leadership capability.

You see people and culture practices as being key to delivery of commercial outcomes and you are passionate about creating secure, high-performing workplaces.
