Hands-on role | Lead a crew | Quality landscaping projects
Diplomatik is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join a busy landscaping team in Perth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on the tools while leading a crew and keeping site work running smoothly.
What you'll be doing

Get hands-on with planting, mulching, soil spreading, edging and general landscaping.

Lead and organise site crews, labour hire and subcontractors.

Run daily toolbox talks and keep the team focused on safety and quality.

Coordinate materials, equipment and deliveries.

Monitor productivity, work progress and labour hours.

Report site issues, delays and hazards to management.

Keep work areas, tools,
equipment and vehicles secure and tidy.
What we're looking for
-
Landscaping experience, ideally with leading hand or team leadership experience.
- Excavator and Skid Steer Operators license.

A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example.

Good communication and organisational skills.

A strong focus on safety, quality and getting the job done right.

Reliable, punctual and able to coordinate a team on site.
