We're looking for a proactive, mechanically minded Maintenance Technician to help keep our advanced production equipment and facilities running at their best. You don't necessarily need to have worked as a Maintenance Technician before. If you come from a mechanical fitting, automotive, manufacturing or similar technical background and have the right skills and attitude, we'd love to hear from you. The Opportunity This is a varied, hands-on role working 7:00am to 3:06pm, where you'll take ownership of keeping our automated production line, equipment, clean room and facilities running safely and efficiently. Here's your chance to make the role your own Working alongside our production, engineering and quality teams, you'll troubleshoot issues, prevent breakdowns and help develop maintenance schedules and processes. We're looking for someone who thinks ahead, takes initiative and enjoys finding better ways of doing things. What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out daily equipment checks, scheduled preventative maintenance and general repairs across production equipment, machinery and facilities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic and equipment faults to minimise downtime.




- Identify potential problems early and take action before they impact production.
- Plan and prioritise maintenance activities, keeping accurate schedules, service logs and records.
- Maintain our automated production line, clean room and supporting facilities.
- Assist with equipment installations, commissioning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Coordinate external contractors and ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
- Provide hands-on maintenance support across the business, assisting with additional tasks and activities as required to keep operations running smoothly. About You You might be a mechanical fitter, automotive mechanic, maintenance technician or someone with strong hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. You'll bring:
- Strong mechanical aptitude – you enjoy understanding, fixing and improving how things work.
- A proactive attitude – you spot what needs doing and take action without waiting to be asked.
- Great organisational skills – you can plan ahead, prioritise and follow through.
- Practical problem-solving skills – you're resourceful and confident troubleshooting issues.
- A hands-on,



team-focused approach – you're comfortable working independently and collaborating with others.
- A commitment to safety and quality – you take pride in doing things properly. Experience with machinery maintenance, automated equipment, pneumatics or preventative maintenance would be highly regarded, as would a relevant mechanical trade qualification. We'll help you build your knowledge of our specialised equipment and systems. What matters most is solid mechanical fundamentals, initiative and the drive to learn. Additional Requirements To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A current, valid driver's licence.
