We’re looking for a Databricks person who can do two things at once: 1. build solid data solutions, and 2. talk to humans like a human. If you can look a client in the eye, translate chaos into a plan, and make stakeholders feel like “yep, we’re in secure hands”, keep reading. What you’ll be doing
- Building and improving data pipelines and platforms in Azure + Databricks
- Working across batch to near real-time patterns
- Designing end-to-end solutions across structured, semi-structured and unstructured data
- Bringing discipline around release management, CI/CD, and Git
- Partnering with stakeholders, not hiding in notebooks What helps (a lot)
- Strong Azure experience (obviously)
- Databricks experience you can explain without buzzwords
- Exposure to on-prem / hybrid environments (nice to have)
