? We’re hiring: Test Manager | Senior EL1 equivalent Bright Vision Consulting is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead complex testing activities for a Federal Government client. ? Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney ? Current AGSVA Baseline clearance required ? Estimated start: 1 January 2027 ? Initial contract up to 12 months, with extension options up to a maximum of 24 months ? First 6 weeks onsite, unless otherwise negotiated. Hybrid arrangements may then be considered. This senior leadership role will oversee testing strategy, resource planning and delivery, providing expert advice to support informed release decisions.

Key responsibilities
• Lead testing across large, complex ICT projects.
• Manage test planning, execution, environments and defect reporting.
• Lead and mentor testing teams, managing priorities and performance.
• Work closely with project teams and external software vendors.




• Improve testing methods, tools and quality standards. We’re looking for demonstrated experience in strategic test management, robust stakeholder engagement skills and the judgement to lead independently within a government or similarly large organisation. Experience managing acceptance testing, quality assurance and continuous improvement will be highly regarded. ?
