Gylden Resources, a subsidiary of Andel Resources, is an emerging gold producer preparing to pour first gold from the Kirkalocka Processing Facility near Mount Magnet in Q1 CY2027. Kirkalocka has been established as a regional processing hub, with the capability to treat ore from our own mining operations and third-party producers through toll treatment arrangements. With a significant capital investment program underway, we are undertaking the refurbishment and expansion of the Kirkalocka Processing Facility. As we continue operational readiness activities, we are now seeking to appoint key members of our Site Services Team. Reporting to the Site Services Superintendent, you will hold an Australian Recognised Trade Qualification and will be responsible for providing high standard preventative maintenance services, installations and routine inspections to site critical services, ensuring facilities and infrastructure remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose, supporting the ongoing operation of the site. This will include accommodation, water supply, wastewater treatment, road networks, dewatering infrastructure, fuel storage & supply, security services, dust mitigation and site logistics.

- Australian Recognised Trade Qualification – e.g. Electrician with HVAC / Plumber.
- Previous experience in a facilities maintenance role.
- Current manual driver's licence as a minimum.
- Current Forklift, Confined Space, EWP High Risk Licences (preferred).
- Knowledge in maintaining water supply and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
- Knowledge of environmental compliance requirements for operating and maintaining water supply and wastewater treatment infrastructure, including wastewater discharge obligations.
- Knowledge of dangerous goods storage and handling requirements, including the controls applicable to fuel facilities.
- An understanding of preventative maintenance principles.
- Experience maintaining security infrastructure and site emergency response procedures.
- Strong time-management and prioritisation skills to balance planned and reactive work.
- Advances interpersonal skills, with the capability for respectful, professional relationships.
- A self-motivated and collaborative team player.
- Proven problem-solving skills and sound decision-making based on experience.
