PT Role | Snap Fitness Tweed South Duroby Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Duroby. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours. What the role involves
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Support Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role. What you will need Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start. Hours you need to be free You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings.



This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours. Pay rates Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
