About the role
We are seeking reliable, hardworking and experienced construction workers to join our teams across multiple commercial construction projects throughout Adelaide. With a range of projects underway and upcoming, we are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work, maintain high safety standards and can work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key responsibilities

- Construction Labourers: General site labouring and construction support, assisting trades and site supervisors with daily activities, maintaining clean, safe and organised work areas, and handling materials, tools and equipment as required.
- Steel Fixers: Installation and tying of reinforcing steel to drawings and specifications, reading reinforcement drawings and following construction requirements, working efficiently with other members of the reinforcement crew, and maintaining quality and safety standards on site.
- Post-Tensioning Crew Members: Assisting with the installation of post-tensioning systems, installing tendons, ducts, anchors and associated components as required, supporting stressing operations under appropriate supervision and authorisation, and following project specifications, safe work procedures and quality requirements.




- Leading Hands: Supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities and crews, allocating tasks and monitoring productivity and workmanship, coordinating with site management, subcontractors and other trades, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to project specifications, and providing leadership, direction and support to team members. - Construction experience relevant to the position applied for.
- A robust work ethic, punctuality and a reliable attitude.
- A commitment to workplace health and safety.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A current White Card.
- Relevant trade skills, tickets and licences where required.
