Salary:
$120,000–$135,000 + Super (depending on experience) Employment: Full time Truland Development & Constructions is seeking a proactive, hands-on Site Supervisor / Construction Coordinator for a 47-apartment residential development in Wollongong. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems and gets work done on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site labour daily.
- Ensure work areas are ready for scheduled trades.
- Manage materials, deliveries and site logistics.
- Drive daily and weekly construction programmes.
- Monitor productivity, quality and safety.
- Coordinate framing, sheeting, waterproofing, services and finishing trades.
- Provide daily progress updates with photos and manpower records.
- Identify delays early and take practical action to resolve them. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Australian construction.
- Experience in multi-storey residential apartment projects.
- Strong subcontractor coordination and programming skills.
- Able to read construction drawings and resolve site issues.
- NSW White Card and valid driver's licence.
- Reliable, organised and willing to be hands-on. Immediate start available. We value practical site experience, accountability and results over job titles. Pay: $120,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
