Our client Injinji brings together a portfolio of well-loved performance and recovery brands in Australia. We’re growing our paid social presence and are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist who can hit the ground running managing campaigns across multiple Meta accounts. You’ll manage paid activity across brands including Feetures, OOFOS, Goodr, Injinji and Topo Athletic, reporting directly to the COO. Working closely with our Design and Social Media teams, you’ll brief and collaborate on ad creative, then focus on campaign setup, optimisation and performance, not designing the creative yourself. Over time, there’ll be scope and support to take on a broader regional remit across New Zealand and grow your skills and impact with the business. What you’ll be doing
- Planning, building and launching Facebook and Instagram campaigns across multiple accounts
- Managing budgets, audience targeting and bid strategy day to day
- Monitoring and optimising campaign performance, testing audiences and bidding strategies
- Partnering with Design and Social Media on creative briefs and campaign assets
- Reporting on results and turning data into clear recommendations
- Supporting product launches, promotions and seasonal sales
- Keeping up with Meta policies and platform updates What we’re looking for
- Proven,



hands-on experience managing and executing Meta campaigns across multiple accounts
- Confidence using Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
- Robust analytical skills and an ability to turn data into action
- A proactive, organised approach and confidence managing your workload
- An understanding of effective ad creative and how to collaborate with creative teams
- Bonus: Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, content creation, or AI tools such as Claude
