Rasā House in Rose Bay is hiring a new full-time Shift Supervisor/Waiter to begin working. Rasā House is a charcoal driven restaurant overlooking the Rose Bay Wharf. You will be rewarded with a lot of shifts. You must speak english, be personable, be teachable and bring the best possible service to each shift. (Sorry, no french, I like the french, just had bad experiences with them) Tips included.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, qualified and knowledgeable service throughout the guest journey
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Must speak English
- Present dishes and drinks with care, efficiency and attention to detail
- Maintain table settings and dining spaces to a consistently high standard
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or feedback
- Support daily service operations, including section upkeep, resetting and side duties
- Remember returning customers.
- Be a great team player and uphold a good attitude.
- Have absolutely zero ego.
- WSET is ideally required.
- Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality.
- Ability to set and meet weekly financial targets. Pay: From $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
