Salary: $110,000 – $160,000

Our client, a rapidly expanding piling and foundations contractor with offices located in Perth and interstate, is seeking a highly experienced Piling Supervisor to join their busy team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record within the piling and/or ground engineering industry and will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects across the Perth Metroplex and surrounding areas, in the infrastructure, industrial, and high-rise commercial sectors.Key RequirementsPrior experience in Supervision / Foreman Roles within the piling industryCasing and polymer mix drilling experience for gov/rail jobsProven Site Supervisor experience in the piling and/or ground engineering industryExperience in major deep foundation and retention projectsStrong knowledge of CFA, Bored Pier and a range of other piling projectsSolid experience in construction / engineering within the infrastructure, commercial,



and industrial sectorsStrong leadership skills and the ability to lead teams and drive progressExperience managing agile piling crewsExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, working crews and governing bodiesStrong record-keeping skills and focus on adhering to high WHS standardsMust have full Australian work rights, a valid driver's license, and a white cardIn this role, the successful candidate will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for the supervision of piling projects such as CFA, Bored pier etc. The role will involve setting up construction sites, managing heavy plant, equipment, and labour allocation, regular client liaison and site meetings, supervising the piling crew, and ensuring WHS records and site records are kept up to date.Please note that candidates considered for this role must have full Australian working rights.If you have any questions, please contact Rachel on 0406 168 580 or [email protected].#J-18808-Ljbffr
