Salary: $120,000 – $180,000

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Analyst to join amarket leading business delivering consistentdouble digit growth and offering excellent working environment. Working on a $150m + program of work, this role will be responsible for developing business cases for key CAPEX investments and commercial contracts while also developing customer analysis to informnegotiations and decision making. As such you will need to work closely with a variety of commercial stakeholders providing insights to aid betterdecision making across a number of key areasKey attributes of a successful candidate will be an inquisitive mindset, solid analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management experience and a level of comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities. Experience in retail and property would be highly regarded as is proven ability to perform in a complex matrix structure.Key responsibilitiesDevelop business cases for large capital investments incorporating scenario modelling,



market/competitor analysis and impact on overall strategyLiaising with stakeholders and influencing relevant stakeholders with appropriate data around key commercial decisionsDeveloping analytical insights, such as models and power point presentations, to provide greater insightsSupport contract and pricing reviews & negotiations with 3rd party suppliers and partnersProviding support in specifying and developing automated tools using input gained from relevant analysis.5 + years’ experience in a commercial analytical roleStrong analytical skills, hands-on and pro-active attitude.Experience presentingcommercial analysis to business stakeholdersStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Experience using Power BI is desirable.This is an excellentopportunity to join an innovative market leader in a highly commercial role working closely with a variety of stakeholders.
