Salary: $42,000 – $56,000 per month

About the roleWe are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Team Member to become an integral part of our Belmont branch. This role will suit someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems and working within a close-knit teamThis role will ideally work Sunday – Thursday.What you'll be doing:Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations to trade and retail customersProcess sales transactions accurately and efficientlyBuild strong relationships with regular customers and identify sales opportunitiesMaintain product displays, merchandising standards and store presentationAssist with stock receipt, replenishment and inventory managementSupport warehouse and loading activities where requiredRespond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in personWork collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targetsContribute to a safe, positive and customer-focused team cultureWe're looking for someone who:Experience in retail, trade sales, customer service or a similar customer-facing environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnReliable, mature and team-oriented approachComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentForklift licence highly desirable but not essentialWhat's In It For YouExclusive Perks:Team Memberdiscount cardfor Kmart, Bunnings,
