Salary: $120,000 – $150,000

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to lead clinical care delivery, support nursing and care teams, and ensure safe, high quality, person centred care for our residents. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced clinical leader who is passionate about mentoring staff, strengthening clinical governance and improving care outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Provide clinical leadership, direction and support to the Clinical Nurses, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and care staff.Oversee the delivery of safe and person centred care in line with relevant standards, policies and legislation.Monitor clinical outcomes, identify risks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.Support medication management, wound care, infection prevention, falls prevention and other key clinical care processes.Review care plans, clinical documentation and incident reports to ensure accuracy, compliance and quality.Coach, mentor and develop staff through education, supervision and performance support.Work collaboratively with residents, clients, families, GPs, allied health professionals and other stakeholders.Contribute to accreditation readiness, audits and quality improvement activities.Why Work For Us?As the largest single site retirement and aged carecommunity in WA, we are proud of our excellent reputation among our residents, their families, and our staff.
