Salary: $140,000 – $180,000

You’ll partner closely with estimating, design and delivery teams, as well as clients and consultants, to shape how projects come to life.In This Role, You WillLead end to end tendering and pre-construction activities, ensuring projects are commercially sound and strategically alignedDevelop winning bid strategies, working closely with estimating teams to refine pricing and improve competitivenessEngage directly with clients, consultants and stakeholders to build relationships, shape solutions and secure new opportunitiesIdentify risks early and implement smart construction methodologies to strengthen project viability and delivery outcomesContribute to commercial strategies, including value engineering and contract negotiations, to achieve the best project outcomesSuccess in this role is demonstrated by consistently securing work aligned to Built’s strengths - projects that are well planned, commercially sound, and positioned for successful delivery.What We Are Looking ForWe’re seeking someone with strong commercial acumen, proven leadership capability,
