The Opportunity
This is not your standard compliance-heavy role. As an Intermediate Accountant, you’ll work closely with senior team members and Partners, gaining exposure to a broad range of work including:
- Preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Client advisory and business structuring support
- Assistance with transactions (business sales/purchases)
- Liaising directly with clients, stakeholders and the ATO
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Managing workflow and WIP to meet deadlines
You’ll be trusted with real responsibility and supported every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years’ experience in public practice (essential)
- CA or CPA (completed or in progress)
- Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
- Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- A proactive attitude and desire to grow your career
