We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Leasing Consultant to join our Property Management team. If you’re organised, enjoy working with people and like a quick-paced day, we’d love to hear from you.

The role

You’ll be the first point of contact in our leasing process, helping tenants find their next home and making sure our properties are leased quickly and professionally.

What you’ll be doing

- Running open homes (including Saturdays) and private inspections

- Handling enquiries, applications and tenant follow-up

- Screening applicants and checking references

- Preparing and publishing rental listings

- Working with our Property Managers to reduce vacancies and secure quality tenants

- Helping with lease paperwork and tenant move-ins

- Assisting with ingoing and routine inspections

- Giving landlords and tenants a great experience every time

Essential

- A current NSW Certificate of Registration (Real Estate)

- A current driver’s licence and a reliable car

Previous real estate experience is a bonus but not required.
