What You’ll Do

Depending on the role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve targets and KPIs
- Create an exceptional customer experience and champion clienteling across the team
- Support or oversee recruitment, rostering, training and day-to-day store operations




- Maintain elevated standards of visual merchandising, presentation and brand execution
- Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to drive growth
- Build a positive, inclusive and engaging team culture
- Lead by example on the shop floor, bringing energy, styling expertise and a passion for Oroton to every customer interaction

What You Bring

- Proven experience in retail leadership, ideally within fashion, premium or high-volume retail
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Passion for customer experience, clienteling and delivering exceptional service
- Experience coaching, developing and motivating retail teams
- A natural eye for styling, presentation and fashion
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence interpreting sales performance
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Energy, positivity and a genuine passion for people
