About the Role: Oscars Group is expanding its Facilities Team and is looking for experienced Painters to support ongoing maintenance, refurbishment and capital works projects across our diverse portfolio.

The role will initially be based in Brighton-Le-Sands, with work across the Group's portfolio of accommodation properties, pubs and entertainment venues. As the role develops, the successful candidate will need to be available to travel to various sites across Sydney and, if required, as far south as Wollongong.

Working with the Oscars Group, you'll have the chance to paint across a diverse range of venues, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Internal and external painting projects

- Planned maintenance and refurbishment works

- Surface preparation, including sanding, patching and priming

- Painting across hotels, pubs, accommodation properties and entertainment venues

- Supporting capital improvement projects across the Group

- Maintaining high presentation standards across all properties

- Working closely with the Facilities and Maintenance teams

- Travelling to different sites across Sydney and, where required, the Wollongong area

About You:

- Previous experience as a Painter in commercial, residential or maintenance environments

- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality finishes

- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport





- Willingness and ability to travel between sites across Sydney and, if required, the Wollongong area

- Reliable, professional and team-focused attitude

- Trade qualification highly regarded

- This is a full-time position; contractors will not be considered

- Full Australian working rights required. Student visas will not be considered.
