About the Role The Presales Engineer – Cybercurity will support the full security product portfolio, providing technical expertise, demos, and solution proposals to help drive the security business.
Responsibilities
Provide presales support for security solutions
- Conduct demonstrations, POCs, and technical workshops
- Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and RFP responses
- Engage with partners and enterprise customers on security requirements
- Assist in designing security architectures and recommending solutions
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
- 2+ years of experience with cybersecurity/security products
Skills
Robust knowledge of firewalls, endpoint protection, and security tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
