To meet our business growth strategy, We are looking for a candidate performing the following tasks:
- Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies to support tenders and project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure that technical specification, scope of works, health safety and environmental and quality and any performance management are included in tender packages and ensure that they are included in final contracts
- Monitor, negotiate and manage all purchase orders, expenses and contractual agreements.
- Coordinating storage and distribution operations
- Maintain robust record-keeping and information lifecycle management throughout procurement sourcing process
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested. Required skills and





experience:
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in similar position.
- Solid Attention to detail.
- A mature and can-do attitude.
- Suit an energetic personality.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in reviewing systems, processes and procedures that implement improvements in procurement.
- Experienced in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask & problem solving.
- Work experiences with Chinese manufacturers preferred
