About the role
This role offers a broad, varied caseload from day one, with the structure and support to grow your confidence and clinical reasoning at a steady pace. Day to day, you'll work alongside physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, podiatrists, psychologists, remedial massage therapists and allied health assistants. Our Jetts partnership gives JVH a dedicated consult room on the gym floor, so patients move easily from treatment into exercise-based rehab in one place.

Key responsibilities

- Treat musculoskeletal conditions, including sports and overuse injuries
- Provide functional rehabilitation and pre and post-surgical presentations
- Manage persistent pain presentations
- Work with older adults on balance, mobility and falls prevention
- Support WorkCover and compensable clients
- Work with NDIS and Home Care Package participants
- Treat DVA and private clients
- Deliver hydrotherapy (optional), pilates and exercise-based rehabilitation
- Provide clinic-based and community clients, including home visits
- Develop a specialty area over time in paediatrics, neurological or musculoskeletal focus areas About you
- Physiotherapy degree completed or finishing in 2025-2027
- AHPRA general registration as a Physiotherapist, or eligibility to hold it before your start date
- A genuine interest in MSK and exercise-based rehabilitation
- Transparent, warm communication with patients of all ages
- Enjoyment of working within a multidisciplinary team
- Comfort asking questions and seeking support as you build independence
- Current driver's licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Unrestricted rights to work in Australia

Joint Venture Allied Health Clinic is a multidisciplinary allied health practice that has recently moved into a brand new clinic within the Joyner Central Shopping Centre precinct on Brisbane's north side. The precinct is being developed as a one stop shop for health and wellness, bringing allied health, fitness and everyday services together in one location. Our active partnership with Jetts sits at the centre of this, with more local health, wellness and sporting partnerships coming on board as the precinct grows. Our team covers physiotherapy, women's health physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology, clinical neuropsychology, paediatrics, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy, pilates and remedial massage, alongside group classes and home, mobile and remote visits. We provide services through Medicare, DVA, NDIS, Home Care Packages, WorkCover and CTP, with private health rebates available on site through HICAPS. Patients are cared for by a coordinated team with established referral pathways between disciplines and close partnerships with GPs and allied health colleagues across the Moreton Bay region. - Base salary of $90,000+ plus superannuation
