About the role
Alita Constructions is seeking a motivated Site Supervisor Assistant to support our Site Supervisors across multiple active construction projects. This is a full-time, site-based role (Mandurah area) suited to someone who is organised, reliable and looking to build a long-term career in commercial construction. You will assist with site administration, subcontractor inductions, quality records, WHS documentation and day-to-day physical site requirements. The role provides hands-on exposure to live construction environments. --
- ## What you will do Quality
- Assist Site Supervisors with documenting quality inspections and hold-point observations.
- Photograph site works at key construction stages for quality records.
- Identify and report non-conformances to the Site Supervisor for action.
- Maintain and file site documentation including delivery dockets and daily site diaries. WHS Compliance Support
- Assist with maintaining WHS records including toolbox talk registers, hazard reports and incident notifications.
- Assist with pre-start checks, site safety inspections.
- Support a safe, compliant and well-organised site environment.




- Conduct site-specific inductions for subcontractors in line with Alita Constructions’ procedures.
- Check subcontractor SWMS and induction documentation before site access, training provided.
- Escalate incomplete or non-compliant documentation to the Site Supervisor. Physical Work
- Assist with site set up and demobilisation.
- Maintain a smooth flowing clean site, include fence relocations, material handling, site cleans etc...
- Assist with Alita site team from time to time.
- Opportunities for development for the correct candidate. Multi-Site Coordination
- Travel between project sites as directed.
- Confirm daily priorities with the Site Manager Coordinator.
- Communicate site progress and completed tasks to the relevant Site Supervisor.
- Help ensure site teams have the information and documentation they need. --
- What you bring
- Current White Card.
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Valid WA C Class Driver’s Licence.
- Basic computer skills, and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow site procedures.
- Clear communication skills and a practical, team-focused approach.
- Ability to work safely on active construction sites and comply with PPE requirements. Previous exposure to construction sites, SWMS, ITPs,



safety documentation or construction management studies will be highly regarded. --
