About the role
Smile Perfection Dental Group is seeking a caring, motivated dentist to join our Aspley practice on Brisbane's northside. We are ideally looking for a dentist with at least one year of clinical experience, strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent patient care. New and recent graduates with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the right fit for our team are also encouraged to apply. Full-time and part time opportunities are available, with working days to be discussed with the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive examinations and preventive care
- Provide restorative treatments and cosmetic dentistry
- Explain treatment options clearly and build trusting patient relationships
- Maintain ethical treatment planning and high clinical standards
- Work collaboratively with experienced dentists and specialists
- Contribute to a supportive team environment
- Continue building clinical knowledge and communication skills About you
- At least one year of clinical experience, ideally; new and recent graduates with the right mindset will also be considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build trusting patient relationships
- A commitment to ethical treatment planning, high clinical standards and patient-centred care
- A positive,



reliable and collaborative approach
- A willingness to learn, accept feedback and contribute to a supportive team
- A recognised dental qualification and current AHPRA registration, or eligibility for registration before commencing
- Appropriate professional indemnity insurance and the right to work in Australia
- Experience with Dental4Windows is an advantage
