Part time Business Development / Coordinator Liaison – NDIS Provider

NAD Care Support Services is a registered NDIS provider delivering high-quality, participant-centred supports across Victoria. We pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism, and building genuine relationships with participants and the local NDIS community. We’re growing and looking for a motivated, organised, and professional individual to help us expand our network and referral base. The Role: This part/full-time role focused on building and maintaining relationships with local Support Coordinators, allied health professionals, and community organizations. You will help increase awareness of NAD Care Support Services, ensure our business is visible to the right people, and contribute to participant growth. This is not a sales role – it’s about professionalism, trust, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to Support Coordinators, allied health professionals, and community organizations
- Schedule and conduct introductory meetings or calls
- Maintain contact logs, follow-up schedules, and reports
- Prepare and distribute service overviews or updates




- Attend local NDIS provider events, expos, or networking breakfasts when possible
- Provide weekly updates to the Director on outreach and outcomes Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised, proactive, and able to follow up consistently
- Professional, approachable, and confident in meetings or calls
- Ability to work independently and manage a small part-time schedule
- Knowledge of NDIS is a bonus, but willingness to learn is essential
