About the Role
As a Service Technician / Electrician, you'll play a critical role in supporting some of Australia's leading fuel and convenience retail customers. Working across Adelaide, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing industry-leading equipment and technology. This is a varied field-based role that combines electrical expertise with hands-on mechanical and technical work, providing plenty of variety and ongoing learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and perform breakdown repairs on customer equipment
- Service and maintain advanced fuel dispensing, payment, monitoring and control systems
- Apply your electrical expertise while developing broader technical and mechanical skills
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with company standards
- Participate in ongoing product and technical training programs What We're Looking For You are a qualified electrician who enjoys problem-solving, working independently and delivering excellent service in the field. Essential Requirements
- Current unrestricted Electrical License
- Minimum 2-3 years' post-trade experience
- Robust fault-finding, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively
- Current Australian Driver's License What's on Offer
