CGU, part of Insurance Australia Group (IAG), is seeking a Key Account Manager for Workers’ Compensation. The role is permanent and full-time, based in Gadigal Country (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Boorloo (Perth).

You’ll manage broker relationships, drive retention, and collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to achieve excellent customer outcomes. You’ll bring insurance experience, solid stakeholder engagement, and deep workers’ compensation knowledge to support underwriting decisions
