About The Role

As a Production Operator in our Value Add World Rice team, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety. You’ll be part of a collaborative team working to meet production targets and deliver quality products.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
- Perform product changeovers and assist with hygiene clean-downs
- Conduct quality checks and manage product rework where required
- Maintain a clean, safe and compliant work environment
- Follow all Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and GMP requirements
- Handle chemicals and equipment safely in line with procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives

About You

- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

- Ability to follow processes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous (but not essential)
