What we need from you

- Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with solid experience in treatment rooms/general practice/primary care.
- Experience leading or driving a treatment room, or equivalent clinical area, towards profitability, or at least demonstrating understanding of business metrics (cost controls, revenue streams, KPIs).
- Leadership qualities: able to take initiative, mentor others, manage workflows, and bring continuous improvement.
- High emotional intelligence: great communicator, team player,



sensitive and respectful with staff and patients.
- Strong attention to detail and action‐oriented work style.
- Proficiency with Best Practice and Cubiko softwares are a bonus.

Key responsibilities

- Run treatment room procedures: injections, wound care, minor procedures, health assessments as needed.
- Monitor financial performance: help with cost control, resource usage and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- Support daily operations: maintain stock, ensure room readiness, help uphold infection control and safety compliance.
- Assist the team: collaborate with colleagues and practice manager in administrative and leadership duties.
