ABOUT THE ROLE

Gepizza Pty Ltd trading as Johnny Gio’s is seeking an experienced Retail

Manager to coordinate the day-to-day operations of its pizza and takeaway shop in Mona Vale. The role involves staff supervision, customer service, stock and supplier coordination, sales monitoring and compliance with food safety and workplace requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate daily shop operations and maintain consistent service standards.

Supervise team members, organise rosters and support training.

Monitor sales, stock, ordering, suppliers, costs and waste.

Maintain customer service, product quality and operational records.





Ensure food safety and work health and safety procedures are followed.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

At least 12 months’ experience in retail management, hospitality management or food service operations.

A relevant qualification at Diploma level or above.

Experience supervising staff, coordinating rosters, stock control, purchasing and cost management.

Solid communication, customer service, problem-solving and commercial skills.
