Security Officer – Robina Town Centre

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Retail Security Officers to join our team at Robina Town Centre. These opportunities offer genuine pathways to permanent roles for high-performing officers.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining safety and supporting daily operations at the centre, assisting customers, managing incidents, and working closely with center management and emergency services to ensure a safe and welcoming experience for all.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering high-quality, front-line security services to ensure a protected and secure environment.
- Identifying, monitoring, and managing potential risks.
- Accurately reporting and documenting incidents.
- Responding promptly to medical and security emergencies, including handling emergency situations.




- Building and maintaining professional relationships with emergency services.
- Using your conflict resolution skills to de-escalate situations when necessary.
- Offering guidance and operational support to fellow security officers.

What we’re looking for:

- A valid security licence with a crowd controller function.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
- Reliable, proactive approach to safety and service
- Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- High standard of presentation and professionalism
