Christmas Casual – Front of House Litse Lounge | Keperra, Brisbane QLDCasual | 10 November 2026 – 20 January 2027 Litse Lounge is seeking friendly, reliable and enthusiastic front-of-house staff to join our team over the Christmas and summer holiday period. Shifts will include lunch and/or dinner services, with possible Saturday and Sunday breakfast shifts.
About the role
- Welcoming guests, managing bookings and seating customers.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system.
- Preparing and serving drinks, cocktails and coffees.
- Providing attentive table service and responding to customer enquiries.
- Learning our menus and communicating dietary requirements to the kitchen.
- Clearing and resetting tables.
- Answering phone enquiries and taking reservations.
- Keeping service areas clean and stocked, including polishing glassware and cutlery.
- Completing opening and closing duties.
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service. About you
- Friendly and approachable, with solid communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working during busy services.
- A team player who takes initiative and pays attention to detail.
- Available for shifts during the advertised employment period.
- Previous front-of-house, barista or cocktail experience is desirable.
