- Up to $200k + Super FIRM This represents a rare opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane. This firm works with a large and complex client portfolio. POSITION Due to strong growth and the need to cater for succession planning, the position of Associate Partnerhas been created. This is a "partner in waiting" position. The successful candidate will be required to:
- Conduct new business development
- Manage existing client relationships
- Manage and mentor the team
- Provide high level compliance and advisory services CANDIDATE The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- CA/CPA Qualified
- 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Experience and a willingness to conduct new business development
- A genuine interest in working for a smaller tight knit accounting firm
- A genuine interest in progressing to partnership
- Experience working with larger complex clients
- Previous experience managing staff
- Extensive client relationship management experience
